"Hyvä rauhallinen kohde"

"Ainoastaan sää esti hieman ottaa paikasta irti enemmän. Toki rakennus kaipaisi jo pikkasen huoltoa, valot pätkivät, keittiökoneet hieman jo vanhoja jotta toimisivat täydellisesti ja pihavälineet (harraste plus grilli kaipaisi päivitystä). Allas, beach tuolit ja sängyt loistavia. Lisäksi Andreia tosi mukava ja piti yhteyttä. "

"Lomamme oli erittäin onnistunut. Sesongin ulkopuolella Troia tarjosi rauhallisen lomaympäristön ja huvilan varusteluiden sekä sijainnin puolesta tekemistä riitti paljon. Tenniskenttä oli juuri uusittu ennen saapumistamme ja muutaman päivän odottelun jälkeen oli mukava päästä uudelle kentälle pelaamaan. Pienissä yksityiskohdissa esimerkiksi valojen tai sähkölaitteiden toiminnassa oli parantamisen varaa, mutta kaiken kaikkiaan paikka oli upea ja viihdyimme oikein hyvin. "

"Huvila vastasi hyvin odotuksia ja viihdyimme erinomaisesti. Huvilamanageri oli huippu ja häneltä sai hyvin apua kaikissa asioissa. Perustarvikkeet kuten wc- ja talouspaperit olisi hyvä hoitua huvilan puolesta loman aikana. Voimme lämpimästi suositella kohdetta ja Villadaa muillekin."

"Matka oli todella onnistunut ja kohde vastasi odotuksiamme. Säät suosivat ja kaikki me 11-henkeä viihdyimme hyvin. Tenniskenttiä oli ainut josta voi antaa negatiivisen palautteen. Tapasimme omistajan ja hänellä oli tarkoitus uusia se. Oli kuitenkin sen verran iso homma,että päättivät siirtää sen syksyyn. Villadalta toivomme kuljetusta kentältä talolle."

"We stayed at the Villa from 6.october-13.october and had so much luck with the weather. We were 8 adults and 2 children We enjoied our time there. Everything was clean and there were enough towels. One big and 2 small for the bathroom and one for the pool. The kitchen was well equiped but sometimes there could be some more bowl. Additionaly it would be nice if there would be already salt and pepper in the kitchen as well as towels for the kitchen. To buy Food there is one bigger (but expensive) shop in troia and one Little shop just a few minutes with the car. The beach was nice but the way from the house to the beach was a Little bit dirty (There were laying old fishing nets and so on). The Tennis court was perfect and there are enough balls and 4 Rackets. All in all it was a perfect Holiday and the bedrooms have a nice few over the pool and the beach."

"We stayed at Villa Aqua in the first week of September with daughters aged 20 and 25. The location is perfect and the villa is well equipped. Most of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and they all have good matrasses and pillows The entire house has a good functioning AC and Wifi. Not that we were in the house much. Most of the days were spent in the pool, on the tennis court, on the beach or in the kayaks. We did a big shopping in Setubal on our way in and used the 2 small supermarkets for the additional needs. The ferry is 5 minutes away by car and the catamaran 10 minutes. We enjoyed the privacy of the house, all in all a perfect holiday. We hope to return again soon."

"Very nice property for larger groups and suitable also for families. Great and spacious garden area with good tennis court. We also enjoyed the outside BBQ. Good privacy as there are no Villas next door. In Troia area there are no big supermarket, only smaller ones with rather high prices. We took the ferry couple of times to Setubal for bigger grocery shopping and found that rather easy (of course you need rental car). Hopefully returning back with family & friends."

"Ja, vi har haft en fantastisk semester i villa Aqua. Huset motsvarade våra förväntningar. Härlig trädgård med bra pool, närheten till en jättefin strand ( vi var nästan ensamma där ). Där fanns också massor av badleksaker för barn. Några saker på huset borde dock åtgärdas: Takdropp vid altanen, trasiga parasoller och en gnisslande mörkläggningsgardin bl.a. Jag vill än en gång framhålla den fina service jag fick av dig Lois före resan. Jag kan verkligen rekommendera Villada."
