Villa Fort

Villa Fort is a brand-new property offering a relaxing environment and amazing views to the town of Split, to the sea and to the mountains. It is located in Klis with only a 15 minute journey to Split city center. This villa is perfect for a family vacation or friend gatherings. You can easily visit various attractions on daily trips from the villa. The villa can accommodate a total of 10 people. The three-story-house is fully air conditioned and it has four bedrooms. The ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen and a stylish living room with two sofas that turn to beds if needed. The first bedroom is located on the ground floor and it has a king-size bed and views of the mountain and the surrounding nature. Next to the bedroom is a family bathroom with a shower and two sinks. On the lower ground floor there is a sofa bed, a flat screen TV, a Playstation 5, a pool table, a ping pong table and a separate toilet. There is also an utility room with a washing machine and ironing amenities. The three remaining bedrooms are located on the first floor. All of them have a king size bed in them, are air conditioned and they share a spacious terrace with a lounge corner with the most beautiful view to the sea. Two of the bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with a shower and one of them with a bathtub. Outside of the villa there are 3 parking places secured on a private plot and one place in the garage. There is a video surveillance system around the house. Next to the private swimming pool you can enjoy the sun and enjoy the view while laying on the sun beds. There is also an outdoor shower and a covered outdoor dining area with a traditional barbeque. For children there is an outdoor playground with some toys. With the excellent location of the villa you can visit different UNESCO localities and other do other activities within a one hour drive. The nearest minimarket and a bar is only 1.8 km from the villa, while the nearest restaurant 3.6 km and a supermarket 4 km. The nearest town Solin is 4.5 km away and the beaches of Žnjan and Stobreč 11km from the villa.
