The wonderful villa Aloya is located in Colonia Valley, in the Pollenca region of Northern Mallorca. Large beautiful garden with its own private swimming pool and a wonderful view of the Puig de Maria mountain makes the guests really feel relaxed in this private paradise. The villa is well suited for one larger family or a larger group. The five bedrooms accommodate a total of eight (+2) persons.
The villa has a main building and two separate side buildings. The main building has a well-equipped kitchen and a dining table for six and a living room with a fireplace. In addition, one large bedroom with its own bathroom and another bedroom with two single beds. In the hallway there is a bathroom with a bathtub. In the larger side building there is a kitchenette and two bedrooms that accommodate four persons, as well as a bathroom. The smaller side building has a double bed and a bathroom.
From the garden you will find many sitting areas, a private swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a covered outdoor kitchen with an outdoor fireplace and a dining area. The garden has wonderful views of the mountain. It is less than a five-minute drive from the villa to the nearest golf course. The village of Pollenca is a charming old village with narrow alleys and a magnificent main street. There are atmospheric cafes and restaurants in the village. It takes less than fifteen minutes to drive from the villa to the port area of Pollenca, where you can walk along the tree-lined promenade and admire the view from there.
