This new gorgeous frontline villa is set right on the Costabella beach and is surrounded by amazing views. The villa is designed to meet the highest standards and all the modern guests needs. Up to 12 people can stay in the villa comfortably. On the gorund floor you have the living room, dining area and a large fully equippedd open-plan kitchen. There's one bedroom with a fitted and walk-in wardrobe and there's also a bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. On the first floor there's the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a shower, a wide double basin and a toilet as well as two sets of wardrobes and access to the terrace. To add, there's two more bedrooms that share a bathroom. Below the ground floor you can find two further double bedrooms, both with a bathroom and a wardrobe. This level also features a spa with a jacuzzi bath, steam bath, a sauna and showers. There's a storage rooms and a utility room too. On the rooftop there's a fabulous open terrace with fitness equipment, a pergola and great 360 degree views. Outside the villa you get to enjoy the pool area and the beach that is right in front of you.
