Villa Bozzano

Villa Bozzano, is a new and modern property completely restored, which can host 8 people in comfortable suites with en suite bathrooms and private swimming pool. Villa Bozzano is set in a small hamlet characterized by privacy and nature and is close to the historical centre of Lucca. The history dated it back to an abandoned “metato”, and discovered by the actual owners under the wood, and was probably used in the past for the recovery of chestnut or olives. The villa itself is bright and light thanks to its position and to the large windows which characterized the house and let the natural light get into the house making an adorable atmosphere. The restoration has been done in a modern and contemporary key which is an absolute example of elegance and beauty: the wood, the stone, the windows are mainly used to personalize the house, while there is a perfect chemistry between rustic style and modern facilities, which make the house great for feeling home during the holiday! Also, the equipment has been chosen with care and taste. In the outdoors, you will find a wooden patio ideal for al fresco meals, the swimming pool ideal for refreshing during summer and a comfortable lounge setting. INTERIORS The house is set on two floors. The entrance opens to a large living area characterized by large windows which create a bright and cozy atmosphere where take part the sofas, the dining table and the modern kitchen equipped with all our guests can need. Also, on this floor there is a comfortable bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and air conditioning. The French doors and large windows characterized the ground floor and the outside is reachable both from the dining area and from the living room. Five steps, leads to a toilette, and climbing seven more steps our guests reach the first floor composed by the sleeping area. Here there are 3 comfortable bedrooms, of which, one double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and air conditioning, another double bedroom, air-conditioned, with walk in closet and a bathroom with shower, climbing three more steps another double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower with air conditioning. Each room on the ground floor and the first floor is air-conditioned except for the bathrooms. OUTDOORS There is a comfortable patio covered in wood for outdoor dinners and lunches in contact with the swimming pool and the relaxation area equipped with sun loungers, chairs and umbrellas. A barbecue is set next to the house, ideal for grills during summer! The swimming pool is in front of the house at few steps away, and has a rectangular shape and measures about 9,5 mt x 4,5 mt with a fixed depth of 1,40 mt. The entrance to the pool is through 5 steps and complete the pool area an external shower with hot and cold water
