Villa Privata is a magic place with a view of 360 degrees out of the countryside which has made Val d’Orcia an UNESCO heritage. Villa Privata offers you and your friends the possibility of swimming and relaxing in a splendid 24 mt pool (partially covered for 6 mts), with a special purifying system with sodium chloride, very suitable for children and people with skin problems.
The villa also has a BBQ area looking out over the extraordinary view of Val d’Orcia.

Access to the covered section of the swimming pool; entrance to a big characteristic kitchen with a semiprofessional stove, microwave oven, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, american coffee machine, mixer, boiler. The kitchen can seat 6 people in front of a large functional fireplace. There is a TV room with dining area and access to the courtyard which is protected by curtains and has a long table for 15 people.
This wing of the villa has a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and access to the outside, with a double shower. A small bedroom for teenagers on the balcony with a single bed and
private bathroom.
First floor
A double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and hydromassage bath. Another double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with a double shower. A covered terrace, also accessible from the outside, with a view over the swimming pool and Val d’Orcia.
The right wing (7 people)
Access to the covered section of the swimming pool from the inside and outside.
Ground floor
A characteristic kitchen with 9 burners and 2 ovens; small microwave, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, american coffee machine, mixer and boiler. Dining table for 8 people.
External space, with access from the kitchen, with a big table, access to a lounge room with satellite TV and a functional fireplace, warm and romantic lounge with original colored walls. This room, called the blue room, has a private bathroom with a large shower and direct access to the pool; comfortable divans and two beautiful arm chairs. Dining area, 15 people. Access to the patio with iron and wooden table for 4 people and a divan for 2. Double bedroom with access to the outside, ensuite bathroom with large double shower and access to the covered swimming pool. Second double bedroom with bathroom ensuite and large double shower and access to the outside near the kitchen well.
