Villa Sara

Villa Sara is a stone house located on the hills of the village of Bibbona. The villa is reached via an unpaved road lined with mulberry trees. The villa was renovated a few years ago to meet modern standards, but with respect to the typical tuscan farmhouse style. The villa comprises of two apartments divided over two floors with four bedrooms each. The two apartments are independent but can be connected by an internal staircase. There are beds for 16 people but it is possible to add two extra beds in the apartment on the ground floor and three extra beds in the apartment on the first floor, making the villa’s total capacity 21. The ground floor comprises of a large living room, a dining area and a kitchen as well as four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The kitchen and living spaces on the ground floor are suitable for a group of up to 16 people. The outdoor area of ​​the ground floor faces east and has two large tables of equal size, chairs and umbrellas. A hallway leads to a staircase that gives access to the first floor. The first floor has a kitchen, a dining area, a living room and four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms as well as a guest bathroom. The first floor has a panoramic terrace facing south and a flight of stairs from where you have direct access to the garden. The rooftop terrace is equipped with a barbecue, a hammock, an umbrella, table and chairs. The villa is located near the sea and famous places like Bolgheri, Castagneto Carducci, Volterra and S. Gimignano
